Also for those unaware Cary Town will be having its own celebration New Years Eve. Heres some info.
Carytown's Times Square Celebration – (804) 349-5890
Following in the tradition of the Big Apple's annually televised NYE extravaganza, the Carytown Merchants Association and RVA Magazine proudly transform lower Carytown into an outdoor playground for ringing in the new year. Enjoy the heated vendor booths serving hot and cold refreshments. The beer garden, with a selection of microbrews, will provide the 21-plus set with enough fuel to make it to the evening's grand event - a custom-made, lighted ball drop. 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Free and open to the public.
